Ladies in Business, Shropshire was set up in 2006 and was the brainchild of four professional women looking to create a relaxed group in which women could network and build mutually beneficial relationships with like-minded women.

Sands

Sands is the leading stillbirth and neonatal death charity in the UK. Sands exists to reduce the number of babies dying and to ensure that anyone affected by the death of a baby receives the best possible care and support for as long as they need it.

The Harry Johnson Trust

When Harry died in July 2014, the donations made by family and friends at Harry’s funeral allowed his family to establish The Harry Johnson Trust.
The trust aims to provide whatever individual children or teenagers need to make things just a little bit easier for them during treatment.

Shropshire Rainbow Film Festival

To advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science of film, film making and other related visual art forms in all their aspects by the presentation of a film festivals and other film events, aimed primarily but not exclusively at lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender (LGBT) people. Increasing awareness and portraying the lives of LGBT people in the UK and worldwide.

The Minsterley Show

The Minsterley Show is Shropshire’s oldest and most prestigious one day agricultural show.

Minsterley Show successfully brings town and country together on the beautiful site in the village of Lea Cross, overlooked by the Stiperstones and bordered by the River Rea.
