Rich has been with Dyke Yaxley since leaving Shrewsbury Sixth Form College in 2001, passing his Diploma in Payroll Management in 2006.
Promoted to Payroll Manager in 2015, he now oversees the Payroll Team, ensuring deadlines are met on time and the Department runs efficiently.
Rich is responsible for managing the Payroll Department and providing clients with payroll support, ensuring their employees and third parties, including HMRC, are paid accurately and on time.
He is also responsible for all aspects of payroll processing and legislation, filing end of year returns and providing both clients and staff with Sage Payroll training.
Rich describes the sense of satisfaction he receives at the end of each tax year to be the best part of his job.
