Diane joined Dyke Yaxley in 2013 as a Receptionist / Secretary, having previously worked as a Legal Secretary. She was appointed as a full-time Secretary in 2015.
In 2023 Diane took on her current role of Corporate Company Secretarial Assistant. In this role Diane drafts the necessary Minutes and Resolutions for transactions involving Appointment of Directors; Resignation of Directors; Change of Accounting Reference Date; Change of Company Name; Striking-off of a Company; Change of Company Registered Office and assists the Company Secretary with share transfers.
Diane also incorporates all new companies; prepares and files the annual Confirmation Statements; reviews the Person with Significant Control Register (PSC) when on-boarding new clients; updates the Company Statutory Records to ensure they are kept up-to-date; and is involved with invoicing.
