Long-serving staff at Dyke Yaxley have been honoured for their dedication at a special ceremony.
Five employees have received awards in front of an audience of their colleagues at the Company’s annual staff conference held at the Henry Tudor House.
Managing Director, Laurie Riley, said: “We are delighted to honour our colleagues who have all worked for the Company for over 25 years, which in today’s climate is an incredible achievment.
“At Dyke Yaxley, we are always keen to reward employees who show dedication and commitment, and the conference was the opportunity to do just that in front of our entire staff.
“Many of our employees have been with us for several decades – some even joined us straight from school – and we’re very proud of our workforce and the way they offer the very best advice to such a diverse range of clients.”
The long-serving staff who were honoured at the event were:
Paula Marshall who deals with small and medium-sized businesses specialising in limited companies, personal and corporation tax.
David Lloyd who works with corporate clients preparing accounts and carrying out regular audits in a wide range of industry sectors.
Chris Dorricott is our Payroll Department Manager and joined the Company straight from school. He works with a range of employers with between one and 700 employees.
Susan Candy works in the Accounting Solutions Department and helps clients maintain their financial records, offers book-keeping services, and training on Sage and other software packages.
