Working in our Shrewsbury office, we are looking to recruit an experienced Client Support Assistant, to work within and alongside our internal support team, for this full-time position.

The successful candidate will need to have experience in working in a similar professional services background, with strong interpersonal, client care and administrative skills.

The Role:

  • Providing all front of house receptionist duties
  • Answering the switchboard in a courteous and professional manner
  • Booking meeting rooms for Dyke Yaxley staff and clients
  • Providing full administrative support to the Internal Administration and Accounts Team
  • Assisting with general office duties to include photocopying, scanning and filing
  • Administrative support for the client facing team, HR, Wellbeing and Health and Safety
  • Be part of First Aid and Fire Marshal resource (training will be given)
  • Administrative support and reporting to the Practice Manager
  • Ensuring the stationery supplies are maintained appropriately, and ordering stock as required

The Candidate:

  • Demonstrates capability in working with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication (verbal / written) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong background in working in similar role and customer facing environment
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proactive with an ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Friendly and professional demeanour with a positive attitude
  • Act with integrity
