Dyke Yaxley have become the first Accountancy firm in the region to qualify as Xero Gold Partners and have signed up over 100 clients to this ground-breaking accounting software system.
We have already launched a new helpdesk to help local businesses get to grips with Xero software, and now 15 members of our team are certified to work with the software.
Director, Mark Bramall said: “Xero is a cloud-based accounting system that allows company owners to run their business finances on the go anytime, from anywhere, using any electronic device.
“We’ve now launched our Xero Lab where businesses can take part in interactive hands-on sessions to help them get to grips with the possibilities the new software packages create.”
The sessions are be run by Sarah Hartshorn, Sophie Leddington, and Amy Watson, who are Dyke Yaxley’s Xero Champions – and following the initial launch, they will now run the Xero Lab drop-in helpdesk every second Tuesday and on the last Thursday each month.
Xero allows businesses to raise invoices, track expenses and manage their finances in real time and on the go. It also helps businesses to work more closely with their accountants who can also access the financial information online to give real-time help and advice.
Mark said: “To be the first Xero Gold Partner in the region is fantastic for us and great news for our clients as it means we’ll be among the first to have access to all the latest updates directly from the Xero team.
“We’ve already held a seminar with the Marches Growth Hub to promote the benefits of the software, and our team is now looking forward to sharing our product knowledge with even more clients across the local area.”
Xero Managing Director Gary Turner said: “Thanks to the combination of Xero’s software and Dyke Yaxley’s depth of knowledge, small businesses can keep on top of their cash flow, while their accountants can view the accounts at any time, ensuring the business gets the full use of their expertise.”
