Shropshire’s high earners have turned to a local accountancy firm for expert advice on how to keep more of what they earn.
Around 30 individuals and companies were personally invited to the seminar organised by Dyke Yaxley, Chartered Accountants, from Shrewsbury.
The Peak Performance Conference was held at The Lord Hill Hotel, and gave delegates specialist advice on how to draw up tax saving strategies.
Organiser, Andrew Young, from Dyke Yaxley, said: “We invited a wide cross-section of guests including solicitors, land agents and bank representatives, to help them learn more about how to generate business opportunities which would benefit their company, their clients and their contacts.
“We shared tax planning opportunities with the delegates which could prove invaluable to them in the future, and the response from everyone who took part has been extremely positive.”
The session follows an equally successful seminar held last year, and the guest speaker was Brian Gibb of Peak Performance.
“Brian presented a portfolio of tax saving suggestions and similar workshops we have held have already seen many business owners reduce their corporate and personal tax to zero”, said Andrew.
“Previous delegates including banks, solicitors and financial advisors, have taken up the strategies and used them to win and generate new business, which of course, in turn, leads to more profit.”
The Peak Performance network helps accountancy firms to offer specialist advice to companies and individuals to help them create “peak performing” businesses giving them choice and control over their finances and time.
