Keith Higgins
Human Resources Manager
Keith joined Dyke Yaxley in 2007 after previously working for an HR Business Consultancy for 6 years. He also spent 20 years working in the Retail Sector for John Menzies and WHSmith in both operational and HR roles.
Keith oversees and helps delivery of the HR activities within the Company which includes providing day-to-day guidance on HR policies and procedures, recruitment, training, performance management and administration of internal payroll and pensions.
Keith also provides HR services externally to Dyke Yaxley clients.
