Amanda is also part of the CSR committee at DY and works tirelessly with the other DY committee members to raise funds for our chosen charities, help the local community and improve our carbon footprint.
Amanda Cowey
Human Resources Advisor
Amanda joined Dyke Yaxley as Human Resources Advisor in June 2019 and has experience working in HR covering Automotive, Education, Care and Retail.
Amanda is responsible for providing HR advice and support to clients, wellbeing initiatives and Health and Safety information. She is also a Mental Health First Aider within DY.
Amanda has recently become a Menopause Advocate, receiving her training through ‘Henpicked – Menopause in the Workplace’. This will enable DY, as a company, to banish the taboo of the subject, get everyone talking about it and making it a normal conversation point for all, so employees will feel confident discussing their symptoms and asking for support, so they can continue to be successful in their roles.
